He confirmed consensual relationships. Legally, everyone is an adult. I find the age difference sus/creepy but that's not the same as rape or abuse, and definitely not grooming. it's important to actual victims to keep those distinctions. I think less of him? Sure. Say he's a criminal? Nope.

She worked for him… it might not be capital S capital A sexual assault but it’s not completely innocent and fine either Neil should have known better regardless of whether she was “of legal age” or not he had all the power in that relationship

It’s not just the age difference, it’s also the fact that at least one of them was his employee. You can’t have a truly consensual relationship with someone who depends on you for their livelihood.
