That's Sparkapus!
His human is more tolerant, less sharp.

I was half expecting the sauce to be melted cheese or chopped up jalapenos. But ranch and hot sauce do go great together!
I'm not sure about the texture of those things once you get past the first crunchy-ish bite.

We used to have both zip and jaz. If memory serves, the zip drives were pretty reliable, but the jaz not so much.

It's also not like average Canadian WANT the forest fires. Although it's been okay lately around here, the recent summers with the apocalyptic orange skies, and the starless nights are depressing and anxiety laden.

Me too! Most active fireflies I've seen in Alberta probably.
It seems like a crapshoot when they are out, but July 1st long weekend seems like a good bet, weather permitting. And location obviously.

That makes more sense, and true to his form. I didn't realize he was open about it though. My fuzzy recollection was that he stated he kept it a secret from his wife... or was it Clara mentioned. I have to read that book again. (disjointed as I found it)
Thanks for your clarification!

I have been a fanboy of MT for as long as I can remember. Question about the 100 year delay for his auto biographical writing:
Is it likely due to his deep guilt and acknowledgment of accidentally exposing his child to the cold, possibly causing his death days later?
That part was so sad.

If money isn't a concern at all, you can get the best cuts of meat at a restaurant that you can't get at a grocery store.
Having cooked some good steaks at home, I wasn't a true believer of this until a waiter friend of mine offered up some take home from a ritzy restaurant. (magnifique!)

Does this seem like a relatively quick decision? (I'm hopeful that it is, which seems like a good thing for the prosecution.)
But, much like Jon Snow...

In an op-ed, however, Rep. Raskin argues the Justice Department can petition the other 7 Supreme Court justices to “require Justices Alito & Thomas to recuse themselves not as a matter of grace but as a matter of law.”

The first time is always going to be confusing.
The first time my sister (in the arts/early adopter) used it with me, I questioned the arbitrary element. If in keeping with cutlery, it should have at least been forks.
Does anyone ever run out of spoons?
I always am looking for forks.

Love the card but...
If someone else printed your card, they were likely offended by the use of the thin white borders. Either go full bleed, or make the borders thicker so imperfect cuts aren't obvious.
And if you printed those cards yourself, on some cheap ass home printer. Well...

Alito's interpretation of the statute is clearly political and disingenuous. His removing the woman/individual is consistent for ignoring the structure of the wording. His argument seems like a ransom note with bits and pieces cut out of different chunks of the statute.

I experienced 'deafening silence', and it's pretty remarkable. It was the middle of winter and the middle of nowhere.
(Alberta Canada).
No wind, no birds or animal life, no traffic. If you stopped dead still and quiet, the eardrums relaxed and became painful. Still memorable 30+ years later.

Snow Crash was for me, the easiest of his books to absorb. I enjoy the historical references in his books, but I did find they (or I) seemed to get more dense with later publications.
Another great author with historical references: Ada Palmer. She's fantastic. Mycroft Canner > Jack Shaftoe
