It’s the Long Rifle Equipped version. I actually didn’t know it was a color variant when I grabbed it, I just thought it had a long rifle. It’s growing on me!

I finally found an upload of the September 1989 Model Graphix for Gundam Sentinel, but it was all individual images… …so I painstakingly downloaded them one at a time and stitched them into a PDF. Took about an hour I would host it somewhere but it’s pretty big at 147MB

I miss the Seventeen Ice vending machines, specifically these little guys. They come frozen, you pop off the top, and then your hand warmth turns them into a little slushy. Comes in blue or yellow I already looked into importing them and you can’t unless you want to be a supplier 😐

You'd think that after over a decade of using Illustrator and a lifetime growing up using computers that I would be able to save a piece before completely finishing it, but no, I hit CMD-S when I'm done and learn, horrified, that THAT is the first time I've saved Surely I'll learn from this someday

The big one is that they don’t commodify your mistakes. Duolingo is incentivized to deliver content that makes you make mistakes so you pay for unlimited hearts (which wasn’t always like that!). Seems antithetical to learning, which requires making mistakes

I currently use both, because I can’t let go of my almost 3,000 day Duolingo streak even after all of the terrible changes they’ve made. But if I started over it would just be Busuu I hear Pimsleur is also great but I haven’t tried it yet

They aren’t! OTOH, simulator games almost always put “simulator” in the title. More recently, Vampire Survivors-likes often put “Survivors” in the title. If we go back even farther, cart games put Cart or Kart in the title

There are two main options. I use a Zoet liquid chrome, the silver one from this set a.co/d/09UVrY6w

Your other option is Molotow, which you can find in Michaels but is more expensive

They’re a little fussy. NO TOUCHING once it’s down, otherwise it WILL smudge

Very nice! Markers are MVP to get those final touches in. I have a few green metallics on their way via HLJ to replace camera stickers I’m actually using the Delpi decals for this one, but I’ve got G-Rework on deck for RG Mk-II

Even better: Learn to be fine with bad. We just started rewatching Aqua Teen yesterday and it’s amazing how many of the visuals are just objectively bad, but that show is great and still eminently quotable 20 years later Bad is fine!
