a sugar pill that's not even a pill, it's just the confirmation bias *BEHIND* the pill consumption that "what I'm doing is working!" if you ever feel like it's not working you can just gulp down an 'overdose' of X-ianity, that kind of behavior is rewarded imagine the sickness, imagine the cure
