Many of those infants were not viable and would have previously been aborted after fetal testing confirmed that it would not live past infancy. Now the mother is required to carry it to term even though it will die.

I'm not talking about Texas, I'm talking about the "elsewhere" mentioned in the article, supposedly removed from the abortion ban, that is STILL seeing an increase in infant mortality. It's fucking repugnant.
