We'll see how the general populations responds. The election really starts tonight with the first debate. Hopefully the masses of people that try to live (oblivious) in their hobbit holes start to tune in. If not, what's on the other side of 2025 will be REALLY ugly.
I am a little frustrated. I was on a chat with some people and a guy asked, why aren't people outraged that the GOP is okay with a 12 year old getting raped and being denied an abortion. There was complete silence. This was a liberal chat. So what is up? I see more outrage over Trump's hair.
It's part of the fight that has gone back and forth for 246 years. It's a defining difference between the conservative right and the progressive left. One wants to stay in the 1700s and the other wants to evolve. One wants white male dominance and the other wants free equality for everyone.
