Long Covid Support Aotearoa was founded by patients, for patients to help ease the burden of this debilitating disease and has been amazing support for me and so many others. LCSA is fundraising to keep providing this support, run awareness campaigns and to combat misinformation about Long COVID.

I grew up in Texas while blue laws were in effect. Aisles with beer/wine and other goods in supermarkets closed off on Sundays. You could buy laundry and cleaning supplies but not gardening goods. You can imagine what my feminist mother thought about that! Some restrictions remain such as +

I still mask in indoor places. Mr is only masking when he goes to visit his sister in a care home each week. He goes on his own, because she no longer recognises me, and gets upset when I am there 😢
