I know nothing about PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE. I don't know the murderous aliens behind it, particularly Xarzon, who is a good friend. Anything they do, including raising the dead to destroy humanity, I wish them luck. But it has nothing to do with me. Hail Xarzon.

I'm about halfway through the next novel that will continue the adventures of BattleTech's Fox Patrol, and I can't even tell you how much fun I'm having. I think folks are going to like this one!

Funny story: they finally looked me up online today on our last day and started looking at reviews of my BattleTech stuff... At lunch they started reading aloud the anti-LGBT one star reviews and laughing at "the homophobes" and said it made them want to check the books out

I spent the last week teaching an intensive teen writing summer camp. It was so exhausting, but rewarding in the best ways. It's so energizing to see teenagers care about craft and actually want to learn and tell some great stories.

I’ve been using it for a few years. I do all my editing in Apple Pages (Word is generally the worst) but it will give you a pdf, rtf, and paste it in your email in addition to other backups

The BattleTech: Without Question event at Dragon’s Keep in Provo was an absolute blast. I watched a Fire Moth explode on turn one in a hail of Artemis V missiles from across the map. It was stunning.
