I was in a "4 sessions a week, really fit, walking lots" groove until February 2020. I've only just, slowly, started trying again.

Jan 2020 I was Fit as F', and planning on hitting some big goals mid-2020. None of that happened. I ran an Independence Day 5k this morning...I can't go back, but I at least want to start trying again.
