However, electricity is an extremely perishable commodity; it takes capital to harvest and deliver it. If it can't be put to good use immediately (or stored), it loses its value and can't be capitalized. Storage is one option; transmission is a better one but requires states to cooperate. πŸ”ŒπŸ’‘
