Hi everyone! A Q for those who are on here & also on Twitter: do you use the 2 sites differently? Or just post the same thing on each? I know this is likely to be less wild weird & troll-filled, but how does that affect how you post, engage, converse, interact w ppl on here? Thanks!

I use them differently. Tone is not as angry or harsh here. We are still in the utopia phase.

Personally, I'm still figuring things out. But right now it is more limited posting here than Twitter. Partly because the network size is not the same.

Bluesky already feels much safer. Twitter is a Nazi-filled cesspool that’s only useful for staying up to date on The American Troubles. I don’t use my real name there, or any photos which can be found elsewhere besides my phone

Hi, Terri! Welcome. I use them the same in terms of who I want to follow and how I interact. I don't cross-post my posts to each, but many folks do. (The Newskies feed here is a brilliant, unique idea and it's fun being part of a welcome wagon. It's one of the best differences so far.) Enjoy!

Opportunity here like TT first was - take more risks and enjoy the anonymity for a while. However, think many will be repurposing between BS and Twitter. Think BS needs to work on producing its xfactor. Heard soon that you can have almost like your own server / group that pp follow.

I still use Twitter to check the news and what my favorite posters have to say about current events. But they are migrating here, and the news is harder to find. In terms of posting, I put all my mean thoughts on Twitter and random stuff here.
