You are correct, but it doesn't matter if it will be successful or not Using the USSC ruling in this way to challenge his felony conviction will surely delay any repercussions until well after the election.

The only answer is to vote in every election, from the top of the ballot to the bottom. Maybe decades from now there's a chance that we've replaced enough of these maniac judges to make a difference.

This will be a good test of the 'rule for the ages' The false business records themselves were all created while he was president (Feb '17 onward), because the payments had to stay hidden until after the election We'll see if we have a retroactive coronation once this is settled

The checks were signed while he was president, the first in February 2017 then monthly after that. So Hicks' testimony and the actions themselves could all be inadmissible.

Does it matter if it's an official act or not if the prosecution can't use testimony from any officials who advised against it while trying to prove intent and knowledge of the law?

Since the gag order hearings and final decision seemed to go very smoothly (no real delay to the case) my guess is he'll shut up and stop violating the order $9k is a steep price to pay for 3 hours of delay But if his #1 motive isn't delay he'd happily spend a few hours in a cell for that headline

A subsection of 9/11 conspiracist idiots believe there's no way an aircraft could have done damage to the towers because airplanes are made out of aluminum and would have just crumpled against the side of a steel tower like a soda can would. I can see this argument coming from the same group...

The new terminal A was leaps and bounds better when it came to available power outlets. There were even wireless chargers in the small tray tables at some of the seats. I was able to check out a lot of it during a 7 hour delay because EWR is still EWR. The other terminals will be replaced eventually
