I've downgraded to a smaller place and if this place becomes unaffordable, I will move into a 3×7 sleep pod before I'll get a roommate. Way too old to deal with anyone's shit

I'm in a studio because I can't roommate (celiac and food allergies...). It's decent but I didn't think I'd end up living here forever, and it's increasingly looking like I'll be here till they sell the property for a luxury tower development.
