Yeah, I gotta find a new gym, my last one closed at the start of June after getting priced out of their building and I don't like either of the two closest options, but my overall health is starting to be impacted.

I was in a "4 sessions a week, really fit, walking lots" groove until February 2020. I've only just, slowly, started trying again.
