Demanding that your campus Hillel be barred from campus is like demanding that your university remove all Microsoft software. I get why you're asking, but unless you have an alternative in place ready to go, you are going to harm your campus community.
The thing that I find maddening about this issue is that everyone is assuming that "cut ties" with Hillel Intl means "shut down" the chapters. Those are very different things, and it should be easy enough to seek clarification rather than assume the worst.
