Ate at Chilis yesterday. Should have taken a photo, but I always forget how obscenely large their portions are. The Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich looks normal in this menu photo, but that thing was actually 50% longer and about 5” tall! I could only eat half. 😅

It’s almost 11:30pm and it’s 58° and 87% humidity here in Sonoma County. Back home in Maine it’s 2:30am and still 67° and 93% humidity. Can’t even open a window for any real relief with that sticky-ass humility level.

Yeah, that’s likely the reason. It’s always a smaller plane to get to Portland and I’m sure they make less money flying smaller planes…so they price it higher. It’s why I can never find a decent price on a flight out of Santa Rosa and end up flying out of SFO.

I wish the rest of the country could follow Maine’s example and start doing rank choice voting. Then people could vote for long shot candidates they love without fearing that their least favorite candidate might win if they don’t vote for Major Party Candidate A.

I could have sworn they had a sign at PWM about live lobsters, but either I never took a photo of it or I imagined it. Googled it and couldn’t find anyone else’s photo of it either. Flown out of Boston most recently. (It’s often A LOT cheaper even figuring in the Concord Trailways bus ride.)
