One of the things that Sunderland declaring so quickly does is that a very leave heavy set of seats sets the narrative for the rest of the night. The rest of the night *may completely* mirror the narrative set by that. But even so, it is v interesting to observe.

Yes. I bet it is that narrative though. The big question for me for a while has been ‘are reform over or under’ and they appear to be over.

It was observed about the last US election that the nature of reporting makes it feel like the election is something which is happening as it is reported rather than something which has happened and that allows these odd narratives to evolve
