Für Ostdeutsche wie mich, die sich noch an die intensive antifaschistische Geschichtspolitik der SED-Führung erinnern, waren die letzten Europawahlen eine endgültige Entzauberung der #DDR. Der "antifaschistische Schutzwall" war tragikomischerweise die Mauer eines Rechtsradikalismus-Terrariums.

Recent PEACE initiatives vis-a-vis Russia are better spelled PIECE initiatives: A piece of Moldova in 1992, two pieces of Georgia in 2008, three pieces of Ukraine in 2014, now four more pieces of Ukraine, and perhaps, soon additional pieces of Kazakhstan, Estonia, Belarus, etc.

Hinter den Kulissen wird in USA darüber gesprochen, dass sämtl. Beschränkungen, die der Ukraine für Angriffe auf russisches Gebiet auferlegt sind, eigentlich fallen müssten. Nur so kann die Ukraine sich sinnvoll verteidigen.
