Generally speaking, how many days in advance are National Weather Service (NWS) forecasts accurate where you live? This article from The Washington Post may surprise you.
Hint: If you live in the Great Plains states, the correct answer is 'About half an hour.' 🤷♂️

Ha, rarely here are reports ever accurate: close but we have had temp variance up to 30 degrees in one day. Very dynamic.
