Abortion rights? Biden let the Supreme Court overturn Roe v Wade even though he could've expanded the court. How bad do the dems have to be before you realize voting alone won't do anything?

The Constitution gives Congress the power to alter the Supreme Court. It's not a presidential power. There were never enough votes in the Senate for Court expansion.
