There's really no way to tell with trailers. There's this. Then there's Fury Road, the opposite. Then there's The Force Awakens and Rogue One, where most of the shots aren't even in the movie.

My point is, there are so many really bad stone age and related movies out there. Why do you watch them instead of just doing the better ones and letting the others be rightfully forgotten? Or do you actually enjoy the bad ones as well as the good ones?

I tried to watch the movie, but didn't like it. However, now I want to do paleo Star Trek. HS moving out of Africa, bump into a group of Neanderthals. But there's also a pride of aggressive lions. Both groups have to work together, eventually integrate.

Not like there was a long-running series. A grand total of five games in various formats. Along with three live action movies and one animated movie. Maybe a motion comic. The Riddick series never really took off the way people predicted.

Hey, have you considered the Running Man for your podcast? The movie isn't quite cyberpunk, but it's very high tech low life. And it suffers from the Dredd problem, time has sort of caught up with it.

If you want to do your own version, go for it. Just from what you said there, I can tell yours would be different from my take. I suspect you aren't as much into paleofiction as me. Clan of the Cave Bear, Quest for Fire, opening of 2001, etc. Cavepeople are cool and underused.

You're the expert in making it work. :) I got the idea from a story I'm writing, involving a community traveling a long distance to escape a natural disaster but dealing with woes on the way. Since I don't play gamebooks, I wouldn't know how to turn a novel into one.
