Is there a specific store/chain that sells nice fabric curtains? With Bed/Bath/Beyond gone, I'm not sure where people buy these. Do not say the internet, I promise I am aware of the internet. I want a store where I can see the fabric, thank you.

I think the Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma/West Elm family of stores have curtains in-store

I feel like there's something at International Market Square.

I have a similar issue. I have a sewing machine but if you don’t, it might be worth exploring double sided fabric tape and making them. I can’t find anything cute pre-made

I did target. if you need specific measurements buy the largest possible that you like and any tailor would cut & hem to the measurements you need or you could easily do it yourself.

Depends on how nice. Target or HomeGoods have basic kinds that are serviceable, depending on your taste. Don't laugh, but depending on window size, flat sheets can work. Open the seam of the wide top end, slide a curtain rod through. Otherwise, higher end furniture stores $$.

I've gotten some decent ones from IKEA that have held up well (and my cat certainly puts curtains through their paces). But honestly? Since they really don't make 'em like they used to, I've found some amazingly high-quality ones at thrift stores and consignment shops that sell home goods

Ikea carries curtains, and you can feel them up. I don't know about sizing for use on doors, though.
