I agree with your reading that state and local governments may be able to protect the people in their jurisdictions. But Schedule F is on Trump's first-day list and, speaking of lists, the 2025 planners have already made one of civil servants to fire.

Yup, I'm aware of that. But the Federal government also has nearly 3 million employees. The point of me sharing that is we need to start thinking about ways to at least throw a wrench in the gears of fascism.
