Faculty had raised alarms in the days before the attack on pro-Palestinian protesters at UCLA.
That night, one witness called emergency services 11 times before police intervened.
It’s almost like the cops called their homies and told them to go crime the protestors and then laughed when the protestors wanted the cops to make their homies chill
An IDF guy boasted on Twitter about working with the police. The police and security did nothing because they were the ones who set the attackers on them. And it wouldn't surprise me if UCLA administration was in on it too. There's going to be some big lawsuits.
Police had similar responses to Proud Boy incited violence at BLM protests in Portland, and went as far to offer aid, assistance & backup to the violent right wing militia
Really? It wasn't clear why the campus police & LAPD was slow to respond to campus thugs beating peaceful protesters? It's a real mystery. One that Stevie Wonder could see the answer to.
Why are the student protestors characterized primarily as “pro-palestinian”. They’re against the continued prosecution of this war; against US shipment of arms to Israel, against the universities investments in the arms, etc.
The protestors against the Vietnam war were not called pro North Vietnam.
