God not this again. Violent video games? Really? Is this the 90s? Most countries have these games. Most countries don't have mass shootings. The guns are the issue.

Would be more concerned about suing the uvalde police for blatant inaction, i'm also not pro-gun but focusing on one particular cosmetic style of rifle is dumb as shit and decades of dumbasses chasing video game violence is about as valid as chasing cartoon violence. It's just not a valid target.

See, that's how it works, first you get hundreds of millions in a lawsuit because someone said a thing, and then you use that money to destroy everything you don't like. The case against assault weapons seems fair. But the case against videogame? Really? It would be scary if that somehow succeeds.

The lawsuits may be the first of their kind to connect aggressive firearms marketing tactics on social media and gaming platforms to the actions of a mass shooter.

That feels like a stretch. Considering these games are a worldwide international phenomenon while the levels of gun violence, school shootings, gun deaths in general are more geographically limited..to the usa & the developing countries whose oligarchy friendly failing support structures USA loves

Suing video games kind of weakens their argument against the people actually responsible.
