I would think Bitcoin is mined where electricity is relatively abundant, I.e. this is not a straight forward zero sum percentage

-what business that doesn't exist should that electricity flow to? -what's the exact energy mix? -how do energy contracts work? -how will an indie state grid (ercot) that has no fed oversight be reg'd w/out trampling state rights? -is mining's economy of scale fixed? be objective not ideological
