Carbon footprints among different income deciles in Germany are pretty similar.... until you look at transport. Once again, a very strong argument for a frequent fliers tax.

Totally support frequent flyer tax! In the UK, 15% of population take 70% of all flights. But biggest source of emissions from highest wealth/income deciles is from their investments, not consumption. Lucas Chancel at World Inequality Lab has analysed this inequalitylab.world/en/

Not a tax. It has to be regulated / limited / forbidden. I mean it's the people with the highest incomes. They will just pay the tax and keep flying.
