I won’t lie. The studying was the hardest part. The classes, the experience, the application: breezed through. It was the hardest thing after opening that tedious 500 page book to just keep going.

I can tell you that my parents believed in “the cane” even though they weren’t free with it, and it does NOT help ADHD. They were completely baffled by my brother, and they considered those meds a God send.

Everyone told me to show up three hours early. Which, based on everyone else in the other line, was accurate. I had a long breakfast and leisurely stroll. So worth it with the reduction in stress.

Thankfully, I haven't experienced this. But I only fly 2-3 times a year. Each time I think I spend less than five minutes in security. Hell, even going through Montreal, which has you do US customs before boarding the plane, I was through in less than ten minutes with Global Entry.
