massive hemorrhage due to my kidney tumour’s blood vessels and aneurysms spontaneously bursting is not only a risk factor for me, it’s one i’ve been very clearly told is a likely one due to my age and being pre-menopausal but if i live and get to say “deranged clotting factors” it’ll be worth it
