Ford has no intention of bargaining.The goal is to break as many Unions as they can or weaken them & Privatize everything they can.They seem unfazed at the loss of billions from their coffers.

The union is in a no win situation.This will advance Fords plans to put alcohol in stores.The public is generally unaware that billions from LCBO to government coffers is lost. It’s also another way that Ford is dismantling unions.
