A sinkhole at 14th & Techwood in 1992 or 1993 was blamed on "crumbling infrastructure" and "hundred year old sewers." The city was shamed and worked to replace old water infrastructure for at least the next ten years. I don't live there anymore. Did they quit and memory hole the entire project?
