We're splitting hairs but Minhas is a longtime Wisconsin brewery, currently owned by Canadians. They've been based out of Monroe for a long ass time. This would be like calling Lagunitas a Dutch brewery.

Minhas bought Berghoff and changed the name. Berghoff was the long time Wisconsin brewery. They no longer make Berghoff beer, it's all Minhas garbage.
