So, so tenuous. I was also at a very vulnerable time as I had just lost my job the yr before after going thru a 1.5 yr “reasonable accommodation” process at work while simultaneously finally being diagnosed with ME/CFS after being sick for 7 yrs. World crashing down, and everyone was like, nope.

Similar. I had been the support for so many through their health crises and nasty divorces. As my life spiraled they were backing away...then COVID hit.

Didn’t mean to drop so much! Sometimes you step back and are just like, fuck, did that really all happen? And now, is this really all happening? No one cares? Not friends, not family, not the government, not strangers who claim they do? It’s wild!
