And the thing that helps the *most*, unplugging and spending time with friends... doesn't work that well when most of your friends are far away and you keep in touch with them... on the Internet. Argh!

Yeah, it’s a real conundrum. Especially when said friends are likely to be materially impacted by these same things largely outside of our control.
