I saw a lot of Laurel And Hardy on French TV growing up. They were dubbed in French, like everything else, but the French voice actors used British accents. (I was a kid, maybe they were American accents)

To piggyback off of that, fascism preys on societies eroded. Cutting public services, austerity, general neoliberal approaches that lead to lower quality of life and less political engagement leaves power for fascists. Best way to prevent fascism is a healthy social welfare, engaged society.

I found it on the site. You can't search by artist anymore, so I went year-by-year from 2001. It's in the 2009 section and it's called "July 4 bunny". Bernal went with the original flag design, with the 13 stars in a circle for the original colonies.
