Other than the part where there cannot (constitutionally) be a second Trump term, sure. He's barred from office. If he's allowed back in power, it will be the success of that effort to end the republic. It will be the first of a whole other thing.

My general sense is that normal people out in the world don't know anyone who has been *persuaded* to vote for Trump that was not already an ardent Trump supporter. At worst there are people mad at Biden for <reasons> but people I run into seem to still think he'll win anyway.

In first-past-the-post, third parties are a scam, and their behavior reveals it. Working Families (as an exception) has the correct method to address this, by leveraging existing Dem candidates where appropriate. The first step to a proper solution is multiple voting (or, I guess, ranked choice).
