I'm a lawyer and I've met and read a ton of these guys' stuff, both contemporary and from over the past century, and man, even still, this is an extraordinary thing to say. To even have the thought enter your brain and still proceed as though this is normal and fine

Of course if the president orders the DOJ to intimidate the judge or the military to surround Congress with fixed bayonets those are actions for which he is immune and can only be solved by appeals to the judiciary or Congress
