Anyone have a good guide to simple home electric appliance repairs? I have a SPST momentary switch I need to replace on a device plugged into 240v current and I'm not sure what tolerances I need in a replacement part. I found the spec sheet for the original component and it feels a bit overkill?

Bengali I think; like a third of my constituency is of Bangladeshi descent, there's a huge community here. The independent candidate is an imam at the local mosque and I think a bit of a media personality. Queer people are definitely a minority in my constituency, but I suspect bigger than average.

Really, big ups to her for running. I was going to vote Lib Dem, but none of their literature was in English and I couldn't read any of it. So I voted Green, for a candidate I could relate to — the first time THAT has EVER happened — and it felt genuinely good. 💚

My constituency is wild, went from being one of the safest Labour seats in the country to them nearly losing it to an independent running on a pro-Palestine platform. Also, happy to note that the trans femme software engineer who ran for the Greens managed a very respectable 3rd place.

AHH I want to go sleep but I'm way too curious about my riding's results. It's the safest of safe Labour ridings but my local Green Party candidate is awesome and I really hope she gets above 5% 💚

This is my favourite view in the whole results page, you can really see where there's been movement and watch it live update for a really nice overview of how seats are changing this election. Clicking between that and "2019 notional results" will probably be really fun later on in the night!
