Only at the same time. Marijuana is illegal federally, and guns are regulated by the feds, so you ate not allowed to own firearms if you use Marijuana. Grenade launchers are legal to own, but the explosive grenades require a license for civilians to own, with a $10k yearly fee.

I gather transferable M79s exist. A $200 tax stamp for every grenade classed as a DD (destructive device) one somehow manages to secure - a tall order for a non-agency buyer.
