I do that. I skip lunch and call that “linner.” Very convenient, I don’t feel like crawling under my desk and napping because of lunch, and I can snack at home later.
And if you time it just right before 5p, you might still get the cheaper lunch/early part of day menu.
Anyhow, yea, we don't go out often but when we do, yea, off times to get that table sooner with less stress for everyone.
When I go out for lunch, I always try to do it at 1 p.m. or later. For some of my older friends, it's like asking them to starve 'til supper! But at 1 p.m., the lunch rush is almost over, there are plenty tables and restaurants are still running lunch specials. Why is this so hard? #NightPersonLunch
