Umm…no. That would also require the Democrats to control the Senate, and no conservative judges, let alone 2, will just not retire while Democrats control both the White House and the Senate.

I'm curious about this one; which justices do you think would step down or die in order to be replaced? None of the conservative justices seem to be in especially poor health, and while Thomas, Alito, and Roberts are a bit old, I fully expect Thomas and Alito to die before resigning under Biden.
