There’s an interesting thread over on the bad place formerly known as Twitter, where someone listened to the entire podcast about this and she summarised the findings. So far the evidence seems sketchy to me. That combined with the political views of those involved in the podcast gives me pause.

I’m coming up to the one year anniversary of the passing of my soulmate dog and finding this weekend particularly hard. The usual way I deal with this is to (a) buy things for the dopamine or (b) drink. Fortunately I’ve cut WAY down on option b but option a is harder to combat.
