Anyway, I was right that the media (led by the NYT) is going with "but his debate performance" to tank Biden's chances. They've been looking for a "but her emails" attack on him for months and nothing else has stuck This furor reminds me of their freakout when he withdrew troops from Afghanistan

As far as I can tell just about all the post debate polls moved within the margin of error. I'm supposed to freak out about that? Do you know how many other real things I have to freak out about just today?

i made the mistake of doing my monthly checkin on morning joe and my god the whole first hour was about this. the media is really working hard to make this The Thing. they talked to a focus group that said “they should both drop out”. then they dig in and it’s… the same convo as before the debate
