For example, to prevent (prob) Democrat senators as part of their platform they want a state constitutional amendment that would require statewide elected leaders to win the popular vote in a majority of Texas counties.Like the electoral college.

I would feel better if Colin were a stronger, more aggressive candidate. My gut is that Cruz and third parties will go heavy on TV through the summer and by Labor Day he'll have thoroughly defined Allred negatively. The only question is if Allred will be push back HARD. If he does, he'll win
