Was just in a thread with @peterdurst.bsky.social about old school Kodak infrared film, sadly no longer in production and without anything comparable. Here’s some. M6 and a 50, and to tell you the truth, this might have been without a filter.

I wish him luck. The stuff is so sensitive to background radiation that unless it was stored in a lead bag in a fridge it might not work out. Roll of the dice. I bought some along with some Technical Pan recently and it was a complete mess.

If only Kodak would bring HIE back. That was the only real deal.

Sorry - just so I understand: were you getting this meter readings TTL with the 720nm filter on?

I tried a roll of Rollei IR last week with a B+W 090 and didn’t like the film enough to think about continuing with it, though I’ll probably try some more. I only had Rodinal on hand, maybe that didn’t help.

May I ask how you meter with that film? I tried some recently, though just with a 090, and got wildly varying results.

So much for trump’s July 11 sentencing in NY. Looks like July 24th at the soonest.

Yes, he’s good. My concern is that he’s almost entirely unknown outside of his state. In a country that votes for celebrity (and look where that got us) that would worry me.

All Biden has to do in his speech tonight is dust off the announcement Obama made on the night he nailed bin-Laden with the appropriate substitutions.

If the shoe was on the other foot, trump would have the justices rounded up and given the choice to resign or be shot today and simply pardon everyone involved. All perfectly legal now.

Drop every fucking magat in your life. Paying for sweet little old magat grandma’s nursing home? Cut it off, let them wheel her into the gutter. Paying for fascist kids in college? Stop. They’re evil. Married to a magat? Feed them the wrong mushrooms.

Biden would now be wishing his rights to publicly announce an investigation and detention of corrupt, felon-abetting Judge Aileen Canon.
