This is what I mean. If Trump wins and Democrats lose the Senate, which seems likely, cities are in big trouble. Hochul, who has said she'll start congestion pricing later, is taking a huge gamble that I don't think will pay off.
What do you mean? I think you’re a little confused on this, she doesn’t want congestion pricing ever and this way she can blame someone else in the end. This is the best case scenario in her mind!

Legal assistance for tenants facing unnecesary eviction.
Funding to buy EVs for the DOT's fleet
Additional money for passenger rail.
Expanded HUD vouchers
Mask mandates on public transit.
They're going to claim a mandate and sadly are not going to be wrong. They are telling us precisely what terrible things they are going to do, and people are just not listening.
