This description of the decision is incredibly misleading. Emergency abortion care is available in Idaho FOR NOW. SCOTUS sent the case back to the lower court for further priceedings. Women may still lose access at a later date, likely after the election.

I grew up attending a Southern Baptist megachurch. Boebert is the perfect embodiment of that ethos. A festering core of hatred, bullying, and barely hidden moral turpitude covered in a thin veneer of religion to excuse it all and support their belief in their ultimate superiority and righteousness.

There is almost never a smoking gun. There are little pieces of a puzzle scattered among pieces of a dozen different puzzles. The relevant pieces can only be found and make sense when someone who knows what the law and issues are recognizes their value and puts them together.

And if it finds nothing, how do you verify the accuracy of its finding without reviewing everything manually? Even if it finds something, how can you verify that it didn’t miss something. Translation is complicated. People use slang and abbreviations and words can have so many meanings in context.
