and for good reason. we xennials had to listen to concerns back in the 90s from our boomer parents about all the hate and porn we were going to find, and now oh look a bunch of our boomer parents have been thoroughly rabbit-holed by q-anon

containers are also good for grouping together sites that are under the same management and likely to have consolidated account systems e.g. (facebook, instagram, threads) (google, youtube) etc

yeah I think it's "do I want to be logged in when I return to this site later?" yes -> use a container that persists cookies no -> use a private/incognito window

in software development, when you're trying to get your thing to work, one often turns off security features that might be in the way. It can be tempting to ship it that way and call it good. Sysadmins and security engineers hate this for obvious reasons. It's bad design & creates vulnerabilities.

For a country drafting a Constitution today, what would be some good design improvements? Off the top of my head, - term limits for supreme court justices - elevate major agencies to new separate branches of government, especially department of justice - approval voting - equal rights for all, obvs
