The Grants Pass decision from the Supreme Court criminalizing homelessness is cruel, disingenuous, and just bad legal analysis. Not a first for Neil Gorsuch.

It's dystopian. Gorsuch has always emitted a somewhat reptilian vibe. You'd think that one of the baseline traits of a SC Justice should be compassion toward others, especially the downtrodden. But he seems to relish being an asshole. I can't believe mainstream commentators once vouched for him.

Great piece Chris! Gorsuch has been told his whole life that he’s “a special boy”, and is now so far up his own ass that he writes bullshit like this. If it weren’t for the occasional broken clock decisions like Bostock and native rights, he’d rate alongside Alito in terms of jurisprudence.

Cruelty from the guy who said a company could fire a guy for refusing to freeze to death? Note my shocked face

Makes you wonder what religion they are attempting to install with their theocratic bent- It can’t be Christianity because none of these right wing kooks knows the first thing about or probably even how to spell that word - let alone anything the Teacher said or why he said it.
