the most polite way i can put this is that if you can’t set aside your parasocial relationship with a celebrity accused of rape, the best thing you can do is just not post publicly. the worst thing you can do is center yourself & broadcast the conditionality of your support for survivors.

Understandably, I became obsessed with Scavenger's Reign when it premiered on max. When it was announced that it would be moving to netflix where it might have a second chance at life and further seasons, I wanted to take some time to create something that'd celebrate the series!

Something about seeing everything you liked (or even didn't like) and just read in a comic being made into a live-action project. One of those 'Huh. I truly only cared about the comic.' The impulse of 'This comic thing as A Live Action Movie/TV, so exciting!' is alien to me now lol.

I’m deeply, deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Joel Carroll. He was a wonderful person and exuded kindness and creativity. The man loved comics and toys with all his heart. I’m sure many in the associated communities knew him and felt the same.
